Web Link Small Christian Communities - Global Collaborative Website

The Small Christian Communities (SCCs) Global Collaborative Website and Small Christian Communities Facebook Page promotes SCCs in each of the six continents. With a vision to establish a global networking website for Small Christian Communities (SCCs) worldwide, we share SCCs contact information, events, materials, and news for Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and Oceania. The Small Christian Communities Global Collaborative Website is a “work in progress.” We make changes and add material regularly. A popular feature is the SCC Polls on the question "The best part of my Small Christian Community is… " We have started four Online SCCs. We have started St. Isidore of Seville International Online Skype SCC to reflect on the gospel of the following Sunday. We have a free, online ebook on "SCCs in Africa." Our website continues to grow.

Web Link Faith Circles - Weekly Small Group meetings

Catholic Diocese of Wollongong, Australia, explains

What is 'Faith Circles' all about?

We usually attend church in rows, often with limited interaction with our sisters and brothers in Christ. As the name suggests, Faith Circles aims to turn these rows into circles, bringing about:

    • A sense of belonging and sharing of life through the lens of faith
    • A growing knowledge of faith
    • Group and personal prayerfulness and encounter with the risen Lord
    • Growing confidence to share faith with others, to evangelise
    • A place to invite people who are not attending church but who want to grow in faith
